Sign Up For Online Booking for Free
From one room to one thousand- allow viewers to book lodging at your property online!
Click here to create your profile with Inntopia. Once your profile is complete and you've uploaded your availability, we'll do the rest. The town in which your property is located will appear on our homepage, front and center in the "Book Lodging Now" box. Your specific profile will appear when viewers click "Book Online" on your detailed listing page on the Vermont Chamber website.
Signing up to be listed in the online booking engine is free. Properties with reservations that are booked and paid for must give back a 10% commission. For more information, please contact Chris Sluicer at the Vermont Chamber of Commerce (csluicer@vtchamber.com, 802-229-2294).
The Details...How it works:
1) Vermont Chamber of Commerce members who offer lodging create their own profiles, at no charge, within the secure Inntopia system. You can upload photos, and provide detailed descriptions of each room, amenities, restaurants, etc.
2) You upload the availability at your property.
3) The Vermont Chamber does the rest! Once we know that you have completed your profile and availability, the town in which your property is located will appear on the homepage of the Vermont Chamber, which is viewed by half a million unique visitors per year.
4) When a viewer books online through the Vermont Chamber website, the reservation goes through Inntopia's secure system. Your property will receive both an email and a fax with the booking details, including credit card information.
5) Once your guest(s) complete their stay and pay for their visit, the property pays a 10% commission on that reservation. The property receives an invoice from Inntopia only for reservations that are booked AND paid for.
6) Ongoing maintenance: Once you've created your profile, the only thing a property must do is keep the lodging availability, as listed on Inntopia, up to date.
