Vermont Vacation Guides

The Vacation Guides online make it even easier for visitors to find your business. View our Summer/Fall eGuide and our Winter eGuide.

Annually, the Vermont Chamber Tourism Division publishes Vermont’s official tourism and travel fulfillment publications, the Vermont Vacation Guide (Summer/Fall) and the Vermont Winter Vacation Guide. Both guidebooks are a partner project of the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing and the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.

The Vermont Vacation Guide for Summer/Fall is published in January, just after the holiday season. The print run is 200,000 copies. The Vermont Winter Vacation Guide is published in September, just after Labor Day, with a print run of 100,000 copies.

These guidebooks are distributed in state visitor fulfillments packages to individuals from across the country and internationally, throughout Vermont at Welcome Centers, to surrounding major metro drive markets including New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Quebec, and tourism shows worldwide.

The Country Inns and B&B online eBrochure ensures that your business will be seen by even more visitors. View our Country Inns and B&B eBrochure.

This popular niche publication, Vermont Country Inns and B&Bs, is published in early February and has a print run of 100,000. This brochure is placed in strategically selected locations in major corporate and consumer centers down the eastern seaboard, as well as by request in visitor fulfillment packages. It is also a valuable resource for international tour operators to plan F.I.T. travel to Vermont. (F.I.T. refers to a custom designed pre-paid travel package with many individualized arrangements for international travelers.)

Official Vermont Road Map & Guide to Vermont Attractions


Through its management contract with the Vermont Attractions Association, we annually create 1.2 million copies of the Official Vermont Road Map & Guide to Vermont Attractions.

The map is produced by the Vermont Attractions Association in cooperation with the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing. This is the most popular piece requested at the Vermont Welcome Centers. Only members of VAA may participate in the map.
