Tim Lybarger is an instructor in the University of Vermont Professional Certificate in Leadership and Management and joined the Vermont Business Center Board of Advisors in 2004.Tim is a Human Resource and Organizational Development professional with a total of eighteen years of hands on experience in results-focused line management roles in the small business environment, followed by thirteen years of providing HR performance solutions within the large corporate environment. In his corporate roles, he has functioned as a strategic business partner with business leaders at all levels to facilitate the design and delivery of interventions to solve problems and develop programs in support of enterprise-wide initiatives.
