A Program of the Vermont Chamber of Commerce
The Vermont Chamber Business Education Partnership (VCCBEP) is a non-profit 501(c)3 association committed to building partnerships between schools, businesses, learners and communities to improve life-long learning and economic opportunities for all Vermonters.
We believe that making the connection between learning and earning is the key to developing Vermont's future workforce.
The Vermont Chamber Business Education Partnership oversees the Vermont Mentoring Partnership.
What is a Business Education Partnership?
A Business-Education Partnership is a cooperative relationship between a business/community organization and students, schools and/or school staff. The partnership strives to meet identified needs, using the resources of both partners to their mutual benefit.
How can you become a business-education partner?
There are countless ways for businesses/community organizations to work together in partnership with youth and schools: Classroom speakers Mentors Job Shadows Informational interviews Field Trip Sites Tutors School Volunteers VT Employer Teacher Internship Program (VETIP)
