| Betsy Bishop began working at the Vermont Chamber of Commerce as President of the organization in July, 2009. Prior to coming to the Vermont Chamber, she served as the Commissioner of Economic Development. Bishop worked for Governor Jim Douglas for seven years, beginning with his transition team. She then went on to lead his policy and legislative team for six years as his Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to this Bishop served as Vice President of Government Affairs at the Vermont Chamber of Commerce from 1994 to 1998, before starting her own company which advocated for businesses in the state legislative and regulatory arenas. Chris Barbieri was President of the Vermont Chamber for 30 years before resigning in 2003 to head up the Chamber's China International Trade Office in Shanghai.

Vicky Parra Tebbetts, Senior Vice President of Vermont Chamber & Vice President of Vermont Hospitality Council Email Vicky Tebbetts Vicky Parra Tebbetts has been with the Vermont Chamber since 2000. She holds degrees from Mount Holyoke College and Vermont Law School, and is a licensed attorney. She lives in Cabot with her husband and two young children. As the Vermont Chamber’s Senior Vice President, Vicky is head of the Vermont Hospitality Council, which is the tourism division of the Vermont Chamber. She also serves as President of the Vermont Attractions Association, which is managed by the Vermont Chamber. | |

Email Chris Carrigan Chris began working for the Vermont Chamber in February, 2008. He is a native Vermonter who grew up in Essex. Chris spent 14 years working in Boston in marketing and technology. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont, Radcliffe College/Harvard University and Suffolk University.

A graduate of Baldwin Wallace College and Ohio State University, with a B.A. in Business Administration, June brings over 20 years' experience in manufacturing and industrial sales. She joined the Vermont Chamber in 2008, and is pleased to be working in an area focused on helping Vermont businesses thrive and grow. | |
| Ellen comes to the Vermont Chamber of Commerce from Discover New England, where she worked as the program coordinator on a variety of ways to develop marketing initiatives and communicate the benefits of those programs in the tourism industry throughout New England. Dube is a graduate of Emerson College and currently lives in Montpelier. Jeff started working for the Vermont Chamber of Commerce in March, 2009. He is a native Vermonter who grew up in Barre and now lives in Milton. Jeff is a graduate of St. Michael's College in Colchester where he majored in Journalism and Mass Communications. Prior to coming to the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, Jeff was the assignment editor at WCAX-TV. | |
